Information of purchase of shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. by the member of the Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (Company) informs that on 9 January 2009 it was informed that the member of the Management Board of the Company concluded following transactions:

  1. On 11 July 2008 purchased on the regulated market in the session transaction 4 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 12.99 per share;
  2. On 14 July 2008 purchased on the regulated market in the session transaction 496 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 12.50 per share;

Legal grounds: Article. 160 passage 4 of Act  on Trading in Financial Instruments dated July 29 2005.
